3 Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product without prior notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

4 Orders, Payments, and Delivery

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

• Payments: All online payments are securely processed. We do not store your credit card details. Pay on Delivery is strictly limited to specified regions (e.g., Lagos and Abuja).
• Shipping: Delivery timelines are estimates. While we use reputable logistics partners like GIG Logistics, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or public holidays.

5 Returns and Warranties

Our equipment comes with a standard 1-Year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or damage caused by power surges/inconsistent power supply. If you receive a defective item, you must report it to our support team within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

6 Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
